Distance Selling Regulations The seller is Pitlochry Angling Club, PO Box 7222, Permits are valid only during the period for which they are purchased and may be used only by the named purchaser. Season permits expire at the end of the relevant season. Annual permits commence on either March 15 or October 7 each year and are valid for a calendar year from these dates. Permits are valid only for the waters described thereon and as depicted on the relevant beat map. There is no consumers right to cancel permits and no refunds are given. Prices are as stated on the booking calendars including taxes etc. Permits are issued electronically at purchase. Payments are accepted electronically using credit or debit card or PayPal via the secure booking system. |
